The upcoming digital series “Teen Clash” will shake things up by pairing Aljon Mendoza and Jayda Avanzado for the first time. After the release of its first teaser, we were so intrigued we headed to Aljon and Jayda’s Instagram feed. And look what we found – cute uploads that offer a glimpse into their chemistry. Major heart-eyes for their visuals!
One determining factor of a love team’s success is looking good together, and we can all agree that Aljon and Jayda have it in them. Just this video of them ‘slow-dancing’ backstage of ABS-CBN Christmas Special 2022 screams perfection.

“Teen Clash” is an adaptation of the hit Wattpad story revolving around youth and campus life, with a thrilling battle of the sexes theme. Therefore, Jayda and Aljon will give off a combination of spunk and charm as Zoe and Ice in the young-adult story. Isn’t it the energy we get in these photos?

After launching her career as an OPM artist, Jayda widens her creative horizons by venturing into acting, with “Teen Clash” as her first-ever project as an actress. As for Aljon, a former Pinoy Big Brother housemate, this will be his first time starring in a series that shows off his musical side. If you’ve watched the trailer, you know that music is an important element in the story.

It’s a breath of fresh air to see this new tandem lead the much-anticipated coming-of-age drama. Adding to the ‘kilig’ are Kobie Brown and Andi Abaya, and Ralph Malibunas and Gail Banawis. Also in the cast are Markus Paterson, Bianca de Vera, Zach Castaneda, Luke Alford, and Fana.
