The biggest reality-talent show in the country gets hotter and hotter! As the heat rises, more viewers push their luck to cheer for their favorite teams live at the studios. And thanks to Globe Prepaid Fan Art promo, four lucky Globe prepaid subscribers got to experience this rare opportunity.
From December 20, 2014 to February 15, 2015 The Voice of the Philippine fans sent in their artworks and video raves! From the many artworks, a few were chosen and voted for by the public through the most-number of likes. Only four entries were hailed as the promo winners.
Those were Armyr Encarnacion who made a fan video for Jason Dy; Mariel Rocio who also made a fan video for Jason Fernandez; John Micahel Sansano who made a fan art for Miro Valera; and Patrick Acma who made an artwork for Daryl Ong.
Armyr Ercanacion travelled four hours from Batangas to meet the other winners- Mariel Rocio and John Michael Sansano both from Manila. Patrick Acma on the other hand flew all the way from Estancia Iloilo, with an all-expense paid trip. "Umpisa pa lang ng araw, adventure na kaagad ang napuntahan ko. Kasi hindi mo alam kung sino-sino ang mami-meet mo" Mariel said.
After their quick “Getting to knows” the Final Four Fans unloaded their stuff at the Berjaya Hotel in Makati where they stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. "Napaka-warm ng welcome sa amin! Sulit biniyahe ko nang apat na oras para makarating sa Manila" said Armyr, the Batangueno, who was already giddy even before the actual activities took place.
To formally start-off their days as VIP's, all four received pampering courtesy of Nail Files. While they enjoyed the hand and foot spa treats, most of them were first-timers in the Hand Paraffin treatment. "First time ko lang na-pamper nang ganon, first time ko na-experience yung ibabad yung kamay sa tunaw na kandila." John Michael describes his experience while Armyr adds "Ala, napakasarap sa feeling kasi'y matagal ko nang hindi napa-pamper ang sarili ko".
After the pampering, the four Globe Prepaid subscribers went to see a movie at Resorts World Manila before proceeding to the Newport Theater for The Voice of the Philippines’ Live Semi Finals. "Pinaka-enjoy talaga sa araw na'to yung Live Shows. Damang dama talaga namin yung excitement. Mixed emotions. Nakakahawa ang energy ng mga tao." said Patrick who still seemed to be dazed as of this writing.
Following their front-row experience at the Live Shows, the Fan art finalists got to step on The Voice of the Philippines Stage, experienced the coaches' Red Chairs where they took a lot of selfies and groufies. The four winners plus a companion were also given a one-time backstage access and got to meet the hosts, the coaches and the artists of the program. They took a tour around the dressing room, the Online Kuwentuhan corner where the Livestreaming usually happens, and got to watch partners Robi Domingo and Alex Gonzaga during their The Voice of the Philippines Updates shoot. To cap the night, all four got to experience on-cam interviews as they narrate their Day 1 experience.
On Sunday, their Day 2 begins. First stop was Globe's newly renovated store at SM North where they got to tinker with the latest handsets and gadgets from Globe, as well as try out some of the in-store interactive apps. Then off they went to a clothing & apparel shopping spree worth P2,000 each. Last but not the least, they went through a free make-over before going to the Private Concert.
After their hectic morning, the Globe Winners went to a night out for bonding and watch a private concert with their favorite The Voice of the Philippines artists. Armyr got to meet finalist Jason Dy whom he made his video entry for. Mariel of Tondo met the rocker Jason- Jason Fernandez whom she created a stop-motion video for, while John Michael met Miro Valera and Patrick met semi finalist Daryl Ong.
Other The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 artists jammed and partied like Rita Martinez, Tanya Diaz, Kai Honasan, Karlo Mojica, and Rence Rapanot all from Kamp Kawayan, plus Bradley Holmes who represented Team Apl.
Merry, well-fed and the musically satisfied winners went back to the hotel to rest. No not really, ‘coz the surprises ain't over! All four winners received exclusive The Voice of the Philippines merchandise and P25,000 in cash! What a way to end the night!
"Sulit na sulit yung ginawa kong video. Siksik na siksik, liglig at umaapaw pa ang kapalit!" Armyr said full satisfied.
