Proud parents Angeline Quinto and non-showbiz partner Nonrev Daquina couldn’t hide their glee and thrill as they celebrated the first birthday of their firstborn Baby Sylvio last April 27, which some of the highlights they shared on her YouTube channel. 

They commenced the vlog by showing us their preparations for the farm-themed party, which was held at a lovely events place in Lipa City, Batangas. From the blowing of the balloons and setting of tables to arranging the loot bags and giveaway pillows, the couple was so hands-on with everything – to the point that they even helped the staff of the events organizer and even tried one of the games themselves. 

Those who have been following the Queen of Teleserye Theme Songs on Instagram have witnessed the growth of Baby Sylvio as she posted pictures of him cladded in embroidered sports-themed costumes in the past 11 months. And on his first birthday, they had him wear cowboy outfit similar to the outfit of famous cartoon character Woody in the well-loved animated movie “Toy Story.” And he apparently liked it as the little boy was all-smiles while being dressed by her parents and nannies.

Before they proceeded to the party, the family of three had a brief photoshoot outside the events place. Just like any children’s party, there were magicians amusing the guests with their awesome magic and puppet shows, as well as lots of games that were truly enjoyed by children and adults alike. Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without Angeline dedicating a song to her “Baby Love.”

At night, they had some a few of their friends take on the “Rodeo Star Challenge”, in which they had to ride a mechanical bull. The one who was able to stay the longest on it would take home PHP 5,000 as cash prize. 

In the same-day edit video of the birthday party, the proud parents shared their heartfelt messages for Baby Sylvio. Daddy Nonrev simply wants him to grow up into a kind boy, while Mommy Angeline wishes him to keep the bright smile he never fails to give them everytime they wake up in the morning. 

She conveyed, “Kasi si Sylvio, ang isa sa gustong-gusto ko sa kanya, everytime na gigising ‘yan every morning, talagang nakangiti. So, gusto ko na makasanayan niya ‘yon lagi para pagdating ng panahon na meron siyang haharapin na mga pagsubok, maaalala niya lagi na tinuruan ko siyang masanay na laging naka-smile.”
