ABS-CBN’s customer loyalty program “Kapamilya, Thank You” has now reached one million members since its launch.
It is the first local TV network that introduced a loyalty program for its viewers and customers.
ABS-CBN head of customer relationship management Richmond “Ezer” Escolar said that “Kapamilya, Thank You” is all about knowing and understanding each Kapamilya on a personal level besides rewarding Filipinos who patronize Kapamilya products and services.
“‘Kapamilya, Thank You’ is our attempt to get to know Kapamilyas on a very personal level and also to thank them for their loyalty to ABS-CBN though the years,” Ezer said.
Some of the rewards Kapamilyas can receive are a meet and greet with a Kapamilya star, tickets to ABS-CBN Studio Tours and shows like ASAP and It’s Showtime, freebies from ABS-CBN Store, free access to ABS-CBN TVplus’ KBO and SKY Pay-Per-View, access to iWant TV exclusive content, and free SMS, data, or calls via ABS-CBNmobile.
According to Ezer, members have also redeemed many gifts like KBO movie marathons and iWant TV all-access pins in such a short time frame. Some members have also donated points they earned to ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation.
Meanwhile, interested Kapamilyas can register for free via thankyou.abs-cbn.com, make their own Kapamilya Name, and enroll the ABS-CBN and SKY Cable products and services they are currently subscribed to.
Alternatively, Kapamilyas who have existing accounts with any ABS-CBN website can use their registered Kapamilya account to sign up for “Kapamilya, Thank You,” which is part of ABS-CBN’s single sign-on initiative that is a first of its kind system in the Philippines.
