ABS-CBN and URCC ink deal to stream mixed martial arts matches on iWantTFC

Viewers may now experience the action-packed world of combat sports as Universal Reality Combat Championship’s (URCC) matches now stream on-demand on iWantTFC. A thrilling lineup of pay-per-view matches will also be available on the platform regularly. 

iWantTFC and URCC made the partnership official at a contract signing event on Wednesday (November 22). The event was attended by ABS-CBN’s head of digital Jamie Lopez, acquisitions group Rachel Simon and Cecille Sumabat, iWantTFC’s officer-in-charge for content management Joyce Villaflor, URCC president and founder Alvin Aguilar, CEO Aleksandr Sofronov, and a select number of URCC fighters.

Several of the adrenaline-pumping bouts that are currently streaming on-demand on iWantTFC include “URCC 81: Decades of Success,” “URCC Vindication,” and “URCC Conquest,” among others.  

URCC is the pioneering mixed martial arts promotion in South East Asia that showcases a diverse range of fighters in various formats such as MMA Fighters, the Battle Slap, Bare Knuckle Fight, and 3v3 Team Matches.

Last year, the first ever bare knuckle fight in the Philippines for “URCC 80: Bare Madness” also streamed on-demand on iWantTFC.
