EXCLUSIVE: Meet Heart Salvador, Justin Alva, and Xylein Herrera of Kamp Kawayan

H&M and The Voice Kids Season 3 witnessed the awe-inspiring transformation of these kids.

And now, the time has come to see who among them can make it to the top. Still can’t decide which one is your bet? Knowing Heart, Justin, and Xylein better might help.

Ang Loving Sister ng Muntinlupa, Heart Salvador

Heartbreaking events make determined kids stronger. And that is exactly what happened to Heart Salvador of Muntinlupa City.

At the very young age of 2, Heart already started singing with the help and guidance of her older sister. They eventually joined different singing contests as a duo. When her sister passed away, she still continued to reach for her dreams and has dedicated every performance to her family, most especially to her sister who inspired her to pursue this passion of hers.

In The Voice Kids Season 3, this young girl from Muntinlupa learned to highlight her unique husky voice with the help of her coach. She also learned how to be more comfortable performing in front of a crowd and she mentioned that H&M Kids is one of the major factors in her transformation to become a versatile singer. Her father commended how the clothes of H&M Kids complement her daughter’s Filipina beauty and give her the aura of a professional singer. He then added that not only do the clothes make his daughter look presentable and elegant but they also make her more confident during her performances in the competition.

Let’s hope Heart will be able to fulfill the dream she once shared with her Ate.

Ang Comeback Kid ng Lucena, Justin Alva

When it comes to achieving your goals, giving up should never be an option. Last season in The Voice Kids, Justin Alva of Lucena City auditioned but unfortunately, he wasn’t able to qualify. With his persistence and determination, he decided to audition again and this season, he made all 3 judges turn during the Blind Auditions.

Justin’s passion for singing began when he was 4 years old. When he grew older, he started joining several singing contests in Lucena, Quezon to showcase and further develop his talent.

Because of the show, many changes happened in the life of the young boy. He cites that wearing H&M Kids throughout the competition has helped him develop his own style and according to his mom, he is now more aware of what looks good on him. The clothes have given him the poise of a total performer like his personal idol Michael Jackson. Justin hopes to win the competition to help his family and also serve as an inspiration to kids who have a birth defect like him. He wants to encourage and show them that there is no reason to be ashamed of it because it is not a hindrance to one’s dreams and aspirations in life.

Will Justin Alva’s The Voice Kids journey truly be sweeter this time?

Ang Raggamuffin Gal ng Boracay, Xylein Herrera

Back then, Boracay means a white and powder-fine beach and endless party nights. Now, when you think of the famous island, you see Xylein Herrera of The Voice Kids who has been giving us some serious #eargasm.

When Xylein was 4 years old, she discovered her interest for singing after seeing her father perform with his band in a band competition. She shared that she learned how to sing by simply watching performances on television and listening to radio jingles, but what really helped her hone her voice was performing along the beaches of Boracay with her father’s bandmates. She then decided to join The Voice Kids Season 3 to financially help her family and to inspire other kids who have a distinct voice and style in singing like hers.

She also revealed how the show and her coach helped her throughout the competition to become a better singer on stage. Her family members and teachers have also noticed that she continues to improve every single day. Aside from her performances, they noticed that her sense of fashion has also remarkably improved especially with the help of H&M Kids. The clothes have helped her bring out her fun and one-of-a-kind personality like her idol Adam Levine. Her mother then commended H&M Kids for offering clothes that capture the perfect balance of her daughter’s boyish and girlish characteristics, helping her level up and transform into a confident young performer that she has now become.

The pop and reggae style of Xylein Herrera definitely ruled The Voice Kids Season 3.
