Gripping teleseryes about mothers who’d fight endlessly to find their long-lost children


Through the years, Kapamilya teleseryes clearly showed what a mother’s love could do. When it comes to the welfare of their children, a mother would fight aggressively until the end. And worse if her children has been taken away from her, she is ready to move mountains just to have them back.


In the recently launched teleserye, Sino ang Maysala? Mea Culpa, we can see how those characteristics fit Fina (Jodi Sta. Maria). Although many years have passed, Fina’s faith never ceased that someday, she will be reunited with her daughter and they will attain justice for the years that were stolen from them.

1. Doble Kara (2015)
 


While taking her baby for a stroll at the mall, Kara (Julia Montes) loses her daughter through a plotted kidnapping by her sister-in-law named Alex (Maxene Magalona) who envied her. Eventually, Kara and her family finds out that the baby who was left at the doorstep of her twin sister Sara (Julia Montes), who grew up and was raised as Rebecca (Krystal Mejes) is actually her long-lost daughter Isabella.


2. You’re My Home (2015)
 

 


Marian (Dawn Zulueta) came home one night with her husband from work to find out that her youngest child Vince (Raikko Matteo) got lost. 5. Ngayon at Kailanman (2018)
 


The night Rebecca (Iza Calzado) went to her husband’s wake, she and her baby got into an incident that almost killed them both. Miraculously surviving what happened but unfortunately being separated from her child, Rebecca did everything she can to and find out the truth about it and attain justice for them. Although she almost believed that her child has died due to the information she had on her investigation, Rebecca’s hope was immediately revived as she came to know a girl named Eva (Julia Barretto). After taking brave steps to find out the truth, they both discovered that Eva is Rebecca’s long vanished daughter whose real name is Angela.


6. The General’s Daughter (2019)
 


For over two decades, Corazon (Eula Valdez) still seeks justice for the disappearance of her daughter they named as Arabella. Unbeknownst to Corazon and her family, Arabella was kidnapped by her husband’s old foe Tiago (Tirso Cruz III), who renamed and raised her as Rhian (Angel Locsin). Even though she’s still on the quest to find her daughter, Corazon follows her maternal instinct and lets herself to get close and love Rhian whom she just met for a few months.
