Villainy just got more evil with the tandem of Belen (Rita Avila) and Caesar (Simon Ibarra) in Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin. Besides conniving for the car explosion that’s supposed to end Marissa (Jodi Sta Maria)’s life, here are more scenes showing their most wicked conspiracies intended for her downfall.
The montage opens with a scene showing it takes evil to know evil. Caesar visited Belen at home after she allegedly fell from the stairs. Her act can elicit pity but not from Caesar who knows her drama and underhanded techniques too well. Besides, her secrets are safe with him. Guilty, Belen’s only response was a burst of evil laughter.
There was a time when Belen failed in her plans to make Lucing (Maricel Soriano) suffer behind bars. She also figured Lucing’s wish to go back to La Cascara to uncover the truth buried in the past. In such moments of defeat and threat, Belen has Caesar to boost her cruelty. He helped her by ordering one of his henchmen to tail Lucing. His trusted assistant, Red (Manuel Chua), managed to steal an important document from Lucing concerning the riches that Gorge (Lito Pimentel) stole from the Pinedas.
Belen and Caesar also aim for the downfall of Marissa’s La Sierra. To do that, they would use Ellice (Iza Calzado)’s Cenidoza Pearls, adding fuel to the intensely flamed rivalry of the erstwhile best friends. It was even Caesar who opened up the idea of Belen joining Cenidoza Pearls.
Belen’s drama would stir sympathy from Ellice but never from the latter’s husband Gabriel (Sam Milby), and daughter Hope (Kira Balinger). The young Villarosa would even boldly choose Lucing over Belen as her grandmother.
The evil Belen doesn’t actually care. Her only purpose, after all, is to work on Marissa and Lucing’s downfall and make sure Ellice will emerge victorious as well. Thus, the plan is to drive Gabriel and Hope away from Ellice.
In their war against Marissa stands the latter’s protector, Adelina (Carla Martinez), who would become one of their targets as well. They surely know how to send their enemies a message. They once delivered Marissa a big surprise – a bomb nicely wrapped as a gift.
Belen and Caesar recently indulged their wickedness by hatching Marissa’s death. It was Caesar’s idea to plant a bomb inside Marissa’s car with support from Belen. However, Avel (Joseph Marco), the supposed ticket to the plan’s success, had a change of heart and chose to save Marissa.
Are Belen and Caesar equally guilty in their crimes? Or is one of them just scheming on the other? Don’t miss an episode of Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin, created by Dindo C. Perez and Julie Anne R. Benitez and directed by FM Reyes and Avel Sunpongco, airing every Monday to Friday on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, and A2Z.
