We’re no longer surprised when the actors named Aya Fernandez as the cast member with the biggest appetite. She was also Karl Gabriel, Amy Nobleza, and LA Santos’ pick in their last week’s guesting. Don’t be fooled by the former beauty queen’s petite figure. Let these adjectives from Simon and Manuel serve as proof: “Non-stop kumain,” “hindi nabubusog pero hindi tumataba,” and we heard it again, “may dragon ‘yun sa tiyan!”
Asked to name the star with the most number of takes, they talked about Sam Milby and his effort to fix the “bulol” moments. They said Sam would stutter in long Tagalog lines but he’s learning. Manuel added, “Minsan naaawa ako kay Sam, eh. Kasi naririnig ko siyang nagpa-practice. Ang hahaba ng lines niya, ang lalim. Nakikita ko ‘yung effort niya kasi magkasama kami sa tent, naaawa ako. Pero magaling!”
They said LA’s vibrant energy often gets him into trouble. “Laging napapagalitan kasi malikot sa set, masayahin pero mabait.” They voted for Brenda Mage, Jimmi Marquez, Poppert Bernadas, and Tart Carlos – the vloggers and TikTokers of the group – as the cast members who love to take photos and videos. Brenda is also the noisiest among them. “Masaya naman ‘yung ingay niya, para buhayin lang ‘yung mga nasa kwarto, Naka-off shoulders pero mino-modulate ‘yung boses” said Simon.
Cheska Inigo loves to spoil them with food and is the most organized and accommodating of them all. Simon described her, “Ang tawag ko sa kanya, punong-abala.” Manuel chimed in, “Parang siya ‘yung may-ari ng hotel.”
Manuel had the chance to explain himself after Karl, Amy, and LA revealed that he loves to go room hopping. He said it’s because he plays mobile games with the youngsters.
Jodi Sta. Maria is voted as the most calm and quiet among the cast members. They think she needs extra silence to prepare for heavy scenes. Manuel explained, “Minsan talaga mahirap mag-prepare sa mga heavy scenes. ‘Pag gising mo pa lang, iisipin mong may mga eksena kang mabibigat, mahirap maging masaya kasi mababali ‘yung emosyon mo.”
Thus, he asked fans to be extra understanding of artists’ mood, “Kung minsan po makita n’yo ang mga artista na hindi nakangiti, sana po maintindihan n’yo minsan kasi tao lang kami at may pinagdadaanan po minsan. Tapos minsan din ‘yung trabaho, iniisip.”
