The camaraderie that stretches through months and until the finale of a series is no longer just friendship. It’s called a second home, a newfound family. Such is the case for the cast members of Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin who are all dealing with ‘sepanx’ as the show nears its final episode.
Before they take their final bow as Hope and Jake, Kira Balinger and Grae Fernandez take on a Bukingan Challenge about the Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin cast in this edition of Kapamilya Chat!
Game on! Like the other Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin stars who recently guested on the show, Kira and Grae mentioned Aya Fernandez as the cast member with the biggest appetite. Kira thought of her loveteam partner as the runner-up, and Grae wouldn’t object.
They said Sam Milby heaped the most number of takes due to his struggle with speaking Tagalog. But, giving credit to his dedication, they said Sam has improved a lot and he works hard every day. He even practices with tongue twisters every morning. Kira can relate to Sam’s struggles, saying, “Learning a language, hindi talaga madali. Si Kuya Sam, lumaki talaga siya sa States. Ngayon, I see that he’s doing very well and he’s trying so hard.”
They agreed with the other cast members that LA Santos is often scolded because of his energy. The “Tiktok” Queen award went to Kira, according to Grae. The bunch of vloggers –Brenda Mage, Jimi Marquez and Tart Carlos – would be charged guilty for taking too much photos on the set.
They revealed that Tart and Jef Gaitan love to go room-hopping to film online content. The tandem mentioned Brenda and LA as the loudest in the group. Brenda is also the source of laughter. Kira would attest, “Hinihika ako kay Ate Brenda. Legit!”
Everyone’s generous especially Sam Milby, Iza Calzado, and Cheska Inigo. Lastly, the most chill of them all would have to be Joseph Marco.
Don’t miss the “Heart-Stealing Ending” of Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin, created by Dindo C. Perez and Julie Anne R. Benitez and directed by FM Reyes and Avel Sunpongco, on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, and A2Z.
