Her inaugural acting appearance as a Kapamilya in 2012 was in the “Cross-stitch” episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya, wherein she got paired with Zanjoe Marudo as she portrayed the role of Liza, a woman who agreed to get married with her friend’s husband as a way of fulfilling her death wish.

The 38-year-old decorated actress went on to appear in another episode of the weekly drama anthology titled “Komiks”, before scoring a lead role in the romance drama series Kahit Puso’y Masugatan alongside Gabby Concepcion, Andi Eigenmann, and Jake Cuenca. She depicted Andrea San Jose-De Guzman, a determined young woman who figured in a complicated love affair after tying the knot with her ex-boyfriend’s father.

In 2013, she once again lent her acting prowess for the “Ilog” episode of MMK, rending our hearts as a single mom named Rowena who fell in love with her cousin and got criticized by the people around them because of how their relationship is deemed as a mortal sin.
