All hell will break loose as two women – equally fierce and thirsty for vengeance – erupt in a clash for love and prestige.
It’s going to be a wild ride as hit drama series Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin opens its sophomore season starting next week. More layers of conflict thicken the plot and new cast members join the drama extravaganza.
In the trailer, scorned woman Marissa (Jodi Sta. Maria) turns heads as she makes a comeback set seventeen years after the tragic crossfire that took her son’s life. She seethes with passion, becomes even wilder as she rises from the fall and exacts revenge from her best friend turned nemesis, Ellice played by Iza Calzado.
However, Ellice vows that no one will get to steal her throne, even if Marissa claims to have already won the crown. Still caught in the middle of the war zone is Gabriel (Sam Milby) who will face the consequences of his decisions in the past.
The new season promises to make clear the ties between Jacob (Grae Fernandez) and Hope (Kira Balinger), the reason behind Belen’s absence, and how Avel will be involved in Marissa and Ellice’s rivalry.
We can’t wait for the cast’s superb performances, and the deliciously entertaining catfights, of course. Before the highly-anticipated Book 2 rolls on our small and digital screens, here are the teleserye’s lead actresses in striking long gowns looking fierce from head to toe! Marissa dons a new look to match her intense comeback while Ellice blends in her grandeur with ferocity.
Despite being helmed during the pandemic,Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin managed to conquer both television and digital space with its stellar performances and compelling storyline. And it will surely offer more fresh and satisfying scenes so don’t miss the second season of Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live and A2Z.
