With her flawlessly fair skin, mesmerizing beauty, and unmistakable wit and talent, it’s truly impossible not to be captivated by Kira Balinger.
But aside from her doll-like splendor, we also couldn’t help but notice her modelesque body, especially every time she’s cladded in skimpy and tight-fitting outfits as seen in some of the photos that she uploads on her Instagram account.

However, did you know that she’s actually struggling to gain weight? In her interview with DJ Jhai Ho in an episode of Hotspot last August, she revealed that in spite eating a lot, she still found it hard to add at least a few pounds. Thus, she just decided to focus on strengthening her core muscles, specifically her abs and butt.
Kira, who used to be a gymnast in her younger years, enthusiastically demonstrated the home workout she’s been doing this quarantine, starting off with quick warm-up exercises for the neck, shoulders, arms, hips, and legs. She also exhibited her jump rope routine, sixty-second planking, one-minute side plank, and her favorite bicycle and standing crunches that tone her abs and arms.
When asked for her advice to people who still lack motivation in taking on workouts, she said that it actually depends on them how much they would really want to do it in order to achieve a beautiful body.
“So ‘pag talagang gusto mo ‘yon, paghihirapan mo talaga kasi nothing comes easy. And saka you have to start somewhere e, nothing comes easy ‘pag start,” the 22-year-old actress said.
Then she added,” It’s very rewarding ‘pag nakuha mo na ‘yong results. Saka alam mo sa sarili mo na pinapaghirapan mo ‘yon. Saka it comes with self-love na rin, Ate Jhai Ho, kasi you need to take care of your body. Kahit you don’t get the exact results you wanted, basta alam mong fit ka, active ka, it’s very good for your body. At saka nakakagaan siya. It helps with your mindset as well.
