Desiree Del Valle and fellow actor Boom Labrusca have been happily married for three years since their picturesque South Lake Tahoe City, California wedding in January 2018.
Desiree and Boom had been romantically involved since 2012 and got engaged three years after. Boom expressed his commitment to Desiree further, surprising her with another sweet wedding proposal in December 2016 with their respective mothers present.
Desiree has gripped us playing the character Sonya Villarosa on Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin, which is set to make its heart-stopping finale on Friday, March 19. She has been in the showbiz industry for more than two decades noted for her outstanding performance as the antagonist Tilde in May Bukas Pa in 2009. She alo appeared in the 2019 fantasy series Parasite Island. Boom, on the other hand, started in showbiz through a youth-oriented afternoon variety show in 1986 and got to work with Desiree in the Kapamilya teleseryes Flordeliza (2015) and La Luna Sangre (2017). Boom is the father of Bagong Umaga lead actor Tony Labrusca.
In a recent Instagram post, Desiree was so pleased and thankful to be with Boom again after months of being away from each other. Referring to the titular dilemma in the plot of the Coco Martin-Angelica Panganiban film “Love or Money,” Desiree posted:
“I’ll always choose Love. I’ll always choose you no matter what and i know you have my back and my front is yours as well.”
Boom, meanwhile, made his own endearing Instagram post, showing a gorgeous pic of Desiree, saying:
“Thank you so much darling alam mo na yun 
God is good all the time 
. Mahal na Mahal ka ni papi.”
