The villains come up with a plan to conceal President Oscar (Rowell Santiago)’s terrible health condition. The President remains unconscious and Lily (Lorna Tolentino) knows she couldn’t afford to just let the situation worsen as it would signal the end of her game. They couldn’t disclose the truth in order to protect their power and keep the presidency. So, Renato (John Arcilla) hires a double who would act as the President while Art (Tirso Cruz III) declares that President Oscar is in a stable condition.
Teddy (Joel Torre) remains vigilant in the hospital while Roxanne (Shaina Magdayao) tries to investigate despite the strict security. Roxanne infiltrates the hospital just as when Lily’s group is also executing the plan. President Oscar will go through the back exit while his body double will pass the main lobby with Lily and the rest of the entourage. Roxanne notices a group of men running away with a patient who, unknown to her, is none other than President Oscar. But she fails to dig deeper and find out the patient’s identity. Roxanne opens the back doors and sees an ambulance leaving discreetly.
The next day, Roxanne informs Victor (Raymart Santiago) of her investigations. She also coordinates with Teddy who is starting to compose a write-up questioning the Malacanang Executive’s claims.
At the Malacanang palace, Lily worries as President Oscar’s body reacts negatively while he is being transferred to a private room. Then, she feels relieved as the doctor admits her mistake on handling a life-support apparatus. Later, President Oscar’s body double is shown seated in an open room, in an attempt to silence other people’s suspicion. Lily orders James (Jay Gonzaga) to cancel President Oscar’s appointment, saying her husband must take a full rest first. She also prohibits Edwin (Marc Manicad) from getting near the President but her strictness only stirs the aides’ curiosity.
