Being the wife of a hotshot judicial officer, Ellen (Ara Mina) always craves social influence and prestige, thus being supportive of Art (Tirso Cruz III)’s political ambition. Remember when his appointment as the Executive Secretary elated her so much? She knew she was getting closer to her dream of becoming the first lady until she found an easier route towards that fantasy.
Ellen used to be a caring and devoted wife to Art. She was his quiet companion in and out of the Malacanang Palace, making sure to tend to his needs. However, her constant visits to his office led her closer to Mariano (Rowell Santiago) taking on President Oscar (Rowell Santiago)’s identity.
On their first meeting, Ellen, a bonafide head-turner, would be puzzled by the “President’s” stares. And she was noticeably affected. Much to her shock, Mariano swiftly confessed his feelings during their next chance encounter.
His words baffled her. She also felt guilty over their sneaky little rendezvous. Then, he had her at “Pwede kitang gawing First Lady ko.”
That promise was music to her ears, so much so the desire for power convinced her to take a bite into temptation. She told him that the feeling is mutual, oblivious to the Mariano’s real identity. She had a reason to tag along with Art every day, sneaking into Mariano’s room thinking that their secret relationship would bring her to the throne she’s been eyeing for long.
Ellen was completely deceived by Mariano’s promise of making her the First Lady. She said she’s willing to leave her husband as well.
Meanwhile, Lily (Lorna Tolentino) warns Art to keep their plans confidential even to his own wife. However, it wouldn’t take long for Lily to discover the ‘trouble’ lurking around her territory.
Will Ellen and Mariano’s ambitious plan finally lead to the revelation of Lily’s evil schemes? Don’t miss an episode of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano weeknights on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, and A2Z Channel 11.
