There’s definitely no doubt that his iconic character Ricardo “Cardo” Dalisay is well-loved by the avid viewers of the long-running primetime action drama FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano not just because of his incredible bravery and uprightness, but of his unconditional love for his family, friends, and fellowmen too!

In real life, Coco Martin is also admired by many due to the same characteristics. But he’s arguably loved even more because of being a certified animal lover. In the previous years, he certainly delighted his throngs of Instagram followers with snaps and clips of his adorable pets comprised of dogs, birds, and snakes of various breeds.

But in the recent months, we couldn’t help but notice the photos and short videos of the newest additions to his growing fur-family that he uploaded and that captivated his followers – his two brawny yet charming American bulldogs named Escobar and Tupac. And in this gallery, were going to focus on Tupac!

Presumably named after the renowned rapper, Coco seemingly made sure that the pooch will keep up with its awesome namesake by also putting a spikes-studded collar around his neck. But in spite of his muscular built, Tupac is actually a playful and endearing dog as he loves going on leisure walks with his fur-dad around their village and even playing with him during his free time. He’s also astonishingly disciplined for Coco doesn’t seem to need to leash him in order to make Tupac follow his commands.

Despite his hectic schedule, it’s indeed amazing how the actor-director is very much hands-on in taking good care not only of Tupac, but of his other babies too!

Apart from having pets, protecting animals has been one of the FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano lead star’s many advocacies. Not many of us could probably recall but it 2016, veteran broadcast journalist Korina Sanchez-Roxas hailed Coco as a “hero” after giving donations to their campaign that enabled the authorities and animal welfare groups to raid a slaughterhouse and imprison two restaurant owners who serve dog meat.
