Known for indulging the viewers with endless surprises, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano makes another radical move by adding new lady officers in the male-dominated Task Force Agila team. Shaina Magdayao was tapped to portray the role of Police Major Roxanne Opeña, while Barbie Imperial and Isabelle de Leon will be known as Lt. Camille Villaluna and Lt. Mariel Lazcano, respectively.

On their debut as Cardo Dalisay (Coco Martin)’s new allies, Shaina’s character was introduced as a co-leader to Dalisay. The storyline suggests that the Major Opeña and Major Alessandra Romero (played by Denise Laurel), were buddies and former batchmates in the police academy. But unlike Major Romero’s instant attraction to Cardo’s handsome appeal, Major Opeña perceived him as arrogant and rude on their first interaction. Prior to their initial meeting, Cardo was already starting to act cantankerous as effects of the graft and corruption charges faced by his Lolo Delfin (Jaime Fabregas). And the new recruits inevitably fall victim to his bad temper.

Meanwhile, Lieutenants Villaluna and Lazcano are bound to assist the entire Task Force Agila in a highly confidential mission. And as new members of the elite force, they vow to be of great help by any means necessary.

Shaina was last seen in the Kapamilya horror series The Haunted and morning drama show Nang Ngumiti ang Langit. Meanwhile, Barbie has been recently hailed as the 2020 Calendar Girl of a popular liquor brand while Isabelle owns the crown as Miss Multinational Philippines 2019.
