She may be one of the biggest and brightest stars in the local entertainment scene, but FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano star Julia Montes is amazingly able to keep her personal life away from the spotlight, which includes her family.
However, she has been generous enough to share a bit about her family in the almost two decades that she’s in showbiz, by giving us a glimpse of her relationship with her grandma Lola Flory and deaf-mute mom Gemma, as well as of her highly anticipated reunion with her then-estranged father Martin Schnittka, through her interviews and social media posts.
Since she’s been in the industry ever since she was still a kid, we have witnessed how she worked really hard growing up for she is the main breadwinner of their family. She did not only support her family in their needs and her education, but also the beauty parlor venture of her Lola Flory, who diligently accompanied her right from her Goin’ Bulilit days since her mom is handicapped.
And as Julia reaps the fruits of her labor, Lola Flory has always been proud and happy of her talented and beautiful apo, who’s now hailed as the “Daytime Drama Queen,” as what she told the Magandang Buhay momshie-host during their guesting in 2017.

Later that year, Julia returned to the morning talk show, but that time with her younger brother Paolo Hautea, who expressed how happy and thankful he is for her for everything she did for them, as well as how much he loves her and how he wishes nothing but happiness for her.
