As Cardo (Coco) becomes consumed by anger and pain following his wife Alyana (Yassi Pressman)’s death, we start to miss the stalwart cop’s gentleness and happy smiles. We finally got a glimpse of those when Cardo fished to feed Lia (Jane), his hostage, and smiled to poke fun at her manner of eating. And it just made everyone think if CarLia can be the end game.

A teaser for the next episodes shows Cardo bringing Lia to their safe house, introducing her as the Black Ops member who gunned Alyana down. Lia would face the Task Force Agila and get a taste of Virgie (Shamaine Buencamino)’s wrath.
Apart from the potential ‘kilig,’ Cardo and Lia also treated viewers to an intense action in the previous episodes wherein they fought side by side to face a single mission. Coco deserves praise for the smooth and artistic execution of the gun battle that took place at a banana plantation. No doubt, he weaves magic both as the show’s star character and director.
Coco enjoys being at the helm of each episode, and the result is refined world-class entertainment!
