10 funniest hirits of Brenda Mage as the quirky Tutti in Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin

Avid viewers of Ang Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin who find themselves getting too ‘gigil’ over Marissa (Jodi Sta. Maria)’s infuriating schemes can run to her assistant, Tutti (Brenda Mage) for a breather. He might be as ‘palaban’ as his drama queen boss but his fighting spirit is full of humor than evil.

Brenda Mage’s wit is always an easy sell to the audience. The public first loved him when he appeared in It’s Showtime Miss Q & A InterTALAKtik 2019. He continues to reign by showing his comedy chops in the Kapamilya series Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin as the loyal secretary, Tutti. In this Kapamilya Toplist, we rounded up his most hilariously charging ‘hirits.’

Brenda’s Tutti is an expert in fierce and funny one-liners, usually in rhymes, like the classic “no way, high way” and “post-paid line? baka buhusan kita ng gaso-line.”

There has to be biting sarcasm as well. There was a scene where he told his mistress-wannabe boss, “Agad-agad, higad? Hindi ko naman ibig sabihin na makati kayo!” The lines “Ikaw nga po pala si Darna” to the show-off Marissa was likewise delivered with just the right blend of tone of obedience and humor.

Tutti often engages in a fierce back-and-forth with Pinky (Jimi Marquez), the eloquent assistant to his boss’ nemesis. One major laugh-out-loud scene shows Pinky trying to intimidate Tutti with his impressive scholastic background in a spiel oozing with grace and substance. But instead of feeling insecure, Tutti simply smirked at his new found enemy and poked fun at Pinky’s magician-inspired outfit.

The clever Tutti never backs down from Pinky, be it in an argument that beat his poor spelling skills. When they both lost a copy of important files due to electrical hazard in the office, Tutti smashed Pinky’s argument with a quick-witted, of course funny, line about Isaac Newton’s Law of Motion.

He loves to make fun of Blue (Nico Antonio) as well and try to charm him with his ‘beauty.’ More often, though he insults his physical appearance, calling him “hinulog ng langit, nauna ang mukha, plakda” in one scene.

He even makes his fearsome boss smile with his ‘hirit’ like when he scared Marissa after catching her in a sweet interaction with Gabriel (Sam Milby), and when he stole her sosy cup of joe.

Have a good laugh with Tutti’s witty punchlines in this video! Don’t forget to watch Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin on Kapamilya Channel and Kapamilya Online Live
