Anton was making his way down to meet with Mr. Patterson in the lobby when Grace appears outside his door. She asks him if the news about his resignation is true and tries to discourage him from doing it. However, Anton is willing to sacrifice everything because of his love for Andrea. In desperation, Grace gives Anton a kiss, which Andrea witnesses as she was supposedly going to give her husband a surprise.
