Manuel shares the story of Salvacion (MJ Lastimosa) and Dr. Vicente Avila (Jaime Fabregas/Patrick Garcia) to the little boy Ivan. Vicente and Salvacion served as doctors and helpers to the soldiers during wartime. They both recognize the importance of their job and are ready to risk their health and safety for the love of country.
