Her character, Miranda Salviejo-Ramirez, may not have a completely blissful marriage with her husband Bobby (Dominic Ochoa) in the 2011 series 100 Days To Heaven, as it was marred with their evil schemes on killing their boss Anna Manalastas (Coney Reyes) in pursuit of getting rid of her and claiming her seat in the company. In real-life, actress Valerie Concepcion is now happily married to her husband Francis Sunga.
Since her spouse is not a showbiz personality, not much is known about him or how their relationship started. But after doing a little dig in the Internet, we found out that Francis works in Guam as a court clerk, or someone who’s in-charge of keeping records of a court and overseeing oaths to witnesses, jurors, and grand jurors.
They were introduced by her friend, who happened to be his cousin, by inviting the 32-year-old star to have a dinner with them while he was on vacation in the Philippines in 2017. And sparks seemingly flew that night as they eventually became a couple after that and got engaged a year after.
The long distance relationship didn’t hinder them from finally walking down the aisle and exchanging “I Dos” last December 28, 2019 in an outdoor wedding ceremony held somewhere in Silang, Cavite.
Going through their lovely snaps together in this gallery, which Valerie uploaded on her Instagram, it’s definitely obvious how truly, madly, and deeply in love both of them are with one another as they go on trips and dates together here and abroad. They may be in a long distance relationship, but the newly-married couple has been willing to do anything just to make it work.
More years to come, Valerie and Francis!
